Return Policy

We at MITI want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your MITI product, we will give you your money back, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

  2. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less our original shipping and handling fees, 3% transaction fee, and a minimum $20 restocking fee. Please contact us to verify the available refund amount before returning the item.

  3. Merchandise must be returned undamaged, with all components, in the original box. We will inspect the product thoroughly before issuing a refund. If any part of the product is deemed unsalable, the restocking fee will be increased to reflect the labor and materials required to restore the product. Full disclosure of any known damage (including minor scuffing) prior to returning the product will help us to more accurately predetermine the available refund amount.

  4. No returns or credit requests will be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.

Canceled Order Policy

Orders canceled prior to shipping will incur a 3% transaction fee. If the items have already been pulled and prepared for shipping, a $20 restocking fee will also be incurred.

1-Year Warranty

Midwest Innovative Technologies warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment under normal use and service, provided that the product is installed and used in accordance with the applicable instructions as issued by Midwest Innovative Technologies, Inc. Any hydrants provided with the products are subject to warranty by the hydrant manufacturer, not MITI. Warranty claims may be subject to failure analysis by MITI, including submission of failed parts and/or detailed photos of failed parts, to determine cause of failure.
