I had some issues/ questions on my model 404 this past summer and after calling your company and discussing my concerns, all was rectified and your follow up call greatly appreciated. You could not ask for a more consumer concern company than yours. your product is without a doubt the best on the market for the home owner. the ground here where I live seems to eat up the hydrants in short order so your design is a life saver for ease of replacement. the shut off valve that came with it simplifies it all the more. If and when the whole thing ever has to be replace you're first on the list to see what you have. Keep up the good work.
